FYI. After reading your response I checked and sure enough I was able to
create a folder under Members>Tutorials. I was brash enough to do so
last night, I did not get the result I was trying for, but it was late
so I let it be for the moment.
My idea of moving the 2.0 writer document into 1.1.5 and saving had a
less then stellar result. I have a large number of pictures in the file,
screen captures with captions. This did not come over as I would have
expected, when I tried to 'clean this up' I managed to completely mess
up the layout. I think this is mostly my lack of experience and not the
tools fault,or at least their is truth to both causes.
Sorry to have left the newly added folder in such a state of disarray,
but needed to do some other things today. Finally getting back to the
actual document now.
*chuckle*...I think most people feel that there is an author lurking
inside, if they just had the time to explore the possibilities. But
after spending more hours then I would like to admit with this
self-assigned task I am reminded of an anecdote.
A while back I say an interview with Ann Bancroft (an actress of some
note) speaking of her husband, Mel Brooks (a screen writer of some note)
and recounting an exchange between the two of them. I will have to
paraphrase from memory.
"I came home from a long days rehearsal for a new play and was
complaining to Mel about how exhausting the work was, and how stressful.
He asked me to sit at the dinning room table. When I did so he placed a
blank piece of paper and a pen in front of me. Then exclaimed. 'Tha's
hard work and stress!'"
Anyway, hopefully by morning I will have submitted something worth
reviewing.
