It is possible that the file is corrupt.
Which build is this from? Perhaps one could send you just this file?

During installation there was no other window open and the virus scanner off.
Firewall still activated but this couldn't be the reason, hopefully.
Actually, I couldn't choose a folder, where to install, and I havn't even seen
where the installer was creating a folder.
Do you have any idea, what's wrong?
