I've added some material to the Bibliographies section of the
ToCs, Indexes, Bibliographies chapter. The added material is
recorded as changes, so it's easy for you to find it.
I've submitted the chapter for review. I did not have time to
check the rest of the chapter against the latest software, so if
could do that in addition to reviewing my additions, please do.
It really needs someone else (not me) to check it all against the
software.
