Would you please make the ODT version (text document) available? I have
some suggestions as to a structure that might help. This is especially true
for the SQL statement in the first query that needs to be modified.

I just downloaded the latest tmplate and guides. I plan on moving the
text in to a document based on the template during the next couple of
days. I will put what I have up to the board for review on Monday the 2nd.
Any changes or suggestions will be apprecitaed. In fact youe eye is good
in that when I looked at some of the comments people have made the use
of the listbox was obviously not spelled out in enough detail. I have
added a message to the end of the thread at OOOForums with a couple of
extra lines regarding this. This will be incorporated into the file I
post up on thsi board.
