While we're on the topic of congratulations and books... I'd like to
mention that Jean's book "Is the Help Helpful?" received an award of
Distinguished in the STC Australia Chapter's Technical Publications
competition. This is a very presigious award. The entries are judged
independently, not against each other. So it's not a function of how
good or not-so-good the other entries are. In addition, Jean's book also
won *BEST OF SHOW* at the competition.
