I proved Base on GNU/Classpath (Linux) and on JRE 1.5 update 6 (Windows and
Linux) and did not have problems. I believe that GNU/Classpath is equivalent
to the JRE 1.4.2
I installed FC4, which included a 1.4.2 JRE, and OOo would not work with
it. I mean, it worked, but I had numerous problems with Base.
