[authors] File uploading

Is anybody else experiencing *.odt file uploading problems the past 
couple days? Every time I try, a file of zero size is created and a 
dialog appears alerting me to correct the problem. The red rectangle 
indicating the error source is by the file browsing.

Or might this be caused by my possible bad internet connection, for some 
reason? I had this problem once before; back then, pdf files were no 
problem--just *.odt files.
