Good idea :-)
I have been peeping on the German site, since that site was created latest, and new expireences and include there
I saw that the system folder has Bilder (images) folder with Images
and that the Vorlagen folder has a bilder folder without images. Maybe result of a wrong copy action ?
No but the result of include some javascript stuff to realize the overview page (generated by javascript).
The folders system an the subfolders are only for this task...

The Vorlagen Folder is a folder for templates (manually generated) to collect some stuff.
There are two documents about database in the root folder: probably misplaced upload
Indeed. I moved them to draft.

The folders , like In arbeid, have an Unsuspected hidden English name drafts
is ths functional for the workflow system ?
Not needed. But we would use the original names (as id an folder name9 because they are shorter than the german ones. Only the description is German for the Gui.
eg: do pending documents automatically appear in the review list ?
Yes an no. If You set the state of the document to 'open' it will be shown in the review list. like for http://oooauthors.org/nl/draft/0101GS-WatIsOOo.odt/view
But You must the reviewer state to see the review list :-)
if not have you a hint , where to create the review list feature ?
It exits now see at the right side when You logged on.
as an example: we missed two translations : i could not see them because they were pending on our site. when my authorities were changed i could see them: fineshed translated.
Yes. Only logged on memers with the reviewer state or higher will see non published documents.
