Hi Jean,
at the moment I'm busy translating chapter 14 of the writer guide "Working
with Fields".
On page 12 there is a "TIP" the contents of which is not correct as far as
I can see.
Could you please verify the following:
In a new document with lots of blind text ;) (pagestyle: with header) make
some chapter titles with heading 1 style.
Then give all these chapters a number using a number range variable.
After that let Writer make a table of contents and/or create a field in a
header with "chapter number".
When I do this in OOo 2.04, this is no problem for Writer, in contrary to
what is said in the "TIP".
Do I see/do something wrong here? Or is the TIP concerning older versions?
I'm curious about your answer :)
