Dan,
In your original draft of Chapter 1 of the Impress Guide, you 
mention "An Impress presentation is available which includes 
several additional master slides. It also explains how to put a 
slide show together through the use of more than one master slide."

Where can I get a copy of this presentation? I looked at the one 
called "Simple Presentation" in the User How-To's & Tutorials 
section on the OOoAuthors website, but didn't see anything about 
using more than one master slide. Did I miss it, or is this in a 
different presentation?
