[authors] Export ODT to wiki format

Recently we were talking about some of the problems of having 
graphics in frames along with the captions, and I mentioned that 
when converting the ODT to wiki format, the captions got lost.

I am delighted to report that OOo 2.3 contains an export filter 
to wikimedia format and it retains the captions within the frames 
-- unlike the set of macros I had been using (Writer2MediaWiki).

Since 2.3 also appears to save graphics in frames to Word DOC 
format the way it should (in contrast to the problems Andrew P 
reported with 2.2.1, it seems that two of the main objections to 
retaining our style of enclosing graphics and captions in a frame 
have been overcome.

However, I do not have a problem with anyone putting the graphic 
and caption in separate paragraphs if they prefer to do it that 
way. I do that sometimes myself, for various reasons.
