Welcome, Michael! You have indeed come to the correct place, and
we do always need reviewers and people to check the documents
against the latest software.
I've given you the Author role. You may need to log off the
website and log in again before the new role is effective. See
the first page of the English section of the OOoAuthors website
for some info to help you get started, and do ask if you're
unsure about something or want more guidance.
In addition to the books listed under "Reviewers, indexers, and
proofreaders needed!", the Getting Started book and the Writer
Guide also need checking against the OOo2.3 software. Here is a
very useful list of the new/changed features in OOo2.3:
