Several chapters of the Getting Started book and the Writer Guide
have been updated for OOo2.3. In some cases new material (not
specific to 2.3) has also been added, or sections have been (one
hopes) improved by rewording. Work is continuing on other
chapters. Thanks to Peter H-B for doing much of the work so far,
and thanks also to others who have contributed, including Michael
Kotsarinis.
