Virtually everything for the Writer Guide will require reviews for
version 3.x. [Except for the two chapters that I'm doing now...] So,
that's a minimum.
AFAIK, everything else should be treated the same as the Writer Guide,
except for anything now in process.
In addition, we need some researchers/writers to handle the new 3.x
features--especially PDF import/editing with Draw and Writer. That
should be a priority because of its usefulness for commercial
applications, but for any other uses.
