Darn, I thought that was in there... sorry! I think Ch10 (Templates) would be a good place to mention Andre Schnabl's Template Changer extension: what it does, and what it doesn't do... also the problem with outline numbering resetting to the default heading styles and needing to be redone (after which they "stick"). I am working on the chapter on templates for the Getting Started book, and I can easily transfer my changes to the Writer Guide chapter too, so I have checked out (retracted) WGCh10.
