Adding new machines to config.sub

Hello,

I noticed that config.sub (at least the version that comes with 
autoconf-2.13) does not yet recognise the newer Alpha processors:

> config.guess
alphaev6-dec-osf5.0
> config.sub `config.guess`
Invalid configuration `alphaev6-dec-osf5.0': machine `alphaev6-dec' not 
recognized 

Is there a patched version of config.sub, or do you want me update it and 
send in the diffs.
