I always confuse m4_if with m4_case.  With that, the above should work.

m4_if usage should be like this

m4_if([$2], [yes], [enabled],

Ok, it will not work, as i call the macro with variables :

ECORE_CHECK_MODULE([txt], [${want_ecore_txt}], [Txt], [$have_iconv])

so $2 is ${want_ecore_txt} at autoreconf time.
