Ignore the previous comment, I put it on the wrong bug.
I don't know which links in the manual you were thinking of, but I have gone
through the entire Autoconf source tree (except for old ChangeLog and NEWS
entries and files not maintained by us), found all of the URLs, and verified
that they still work or else replaced them with links that do.
