Should work with this, give it a try and log a bug if it doesn't.

If it's broken in RHEL-3 you could log a bug but RHEL-3 is maintenance
only now so you will need to see how you go.

If it does get fixed in RHEL-3 then that it can be fixed in RHEL-4 but
you could also use the autofs5 package in RHEL-4.
