I updated the diff in RB to ignore updates that contain builds with
missing information so that potentially wrong information isn't sent to
bodhi, stop using AUTOQA_ERROR and add information the proper places.
It took a while but I was finally able to artificially induce this issue
in my dev env for testing. Everything seems to be working as designed.
