We removed connect_uri from test.cfg because it was messing with some
libvirt test (IIRC uri test). i.e. it prevents subtests variants from
modifying connect_uri. If connect_uri can be specified prior to
subtests.cfg -or- tweak normalize_connect_ur() to work for xen would be
preferable.
