Oh well, Turns out the actual tag is 2014.02.26. 'Minor' mistake,
restricted to this announcement e-mail :)
This release was longer than intended due to the time needed to sort out
eventual problems with the new repository split/test provider schema. It
covers:
* New test provider loaders
* Deletion of all tests inside virt-test (they come from test providers
now)
* Moving test dependencies to test providers
As a new nice feature, now windows virtio drivers install works out of
the box.
