I made that change and all of the missing packages installed.

Unfortunately, /var/www/html/afe does not exist.

I can find noting in the out from the install which indicates an error.  I have 
also checked /var/log/http/error and see nothing.

I am sorry if this seems obvious but I really am new to Linux and autotest and 
have exhausted my limited knowledge.

There you go, for me it resolves to a directory with the epel packages...

Anyway, it seems like all you have to do is to update your epel release rpm and 
try again to install packages, or something like that.
