Peter,
It is still there. You'll need to get the bsh-1.2b6.jar yourself and place it in libs and have
# ----- Kernel Type ----- # Uncomment these two use BeanShell enhanced Kernel. # It overrides that from project.properties. # You'll also need bsh-1.2b6.jar for compilation dependancies. beanshell.jars kernel.impl.class=org.apache.avalon.phoenix.components.kernel.beanshell.BeanShellKernel
in the ant.properties file (renamed from ant/properties.sample)
As it happens phyre looks good. I might look into remounting the beanshell console there instead of its current location.

Hi,
where has the beanshell support been going to in phoenix-4.0a4?
In docs\for-developers-alternate-kernel.html
it states things that don't exist anymore e.g. beanshell.jars in ant.properties. I can't find a kernel class that deals with BSH.
Am I missing something here?
For me this BSH support looks like a really neat thing to keep in the standard distribution as an option.
Thanks, Peter
