I updated all the site docs, and repointed CVS to the propper location. It entailed changing all the "**/CVS/Root" files to point to cvs.apache.org instead of jakarta.apache.org. After doing it in a few directories, I found it easier to delete all the subdirectories, change the CVS/Root in the base directory, and issue a cvs update -d -P All should be well, but please check for broken links.
