DefaultApplication create ClassLoader per Application.
but in servelt environment it's not needed. already protected by servlet
context classloader.
I think solution is implement FlatApplicationFrame which does not create
Application's own ClassLoader. but DefaultApplication just create
DefaultApplicationFrame. hmm...
selecting different frame is not accpetable by phoenix?
I remember facility selecting is plain in phoenix. My request is in scope
of phoenix future planning?
PS. It's not important now. dirty solution is copy cornerstone.bar to
application/blocks and WEB-INF/lib.
