Added Executable interface and basic javadocs. Announcement generation works
again ... but could someone check language is a-ok

and point out all the typos/spelling mistakes ;)
So whos building doing the release?
Being the lazy sod I am I have automated the almost the whole process
locally. About the only thing I can't do with a single command line is notify
all the websites and update jakarta website ;) So I am happy to do that part
(or not - I am easy). If someone else was to volunteer for noise making and
website modding ... ;)
Berin could you update changes.xml file with all your changes.
