Well, I have spoken to Graham Glass (key figure at The Mind Electric) 
and he has no problem with an adapter being under Apache license.  Of 
course we're not going to distibute jars (some of which are Suns as 
usual) - the user of the Soap API will have to download them themselves 
same as for jdbc2_0-stdext.jar & jms-1_0_2b.zip for LogKit.

As far as I know, the Apache license does not precude the use of any bit 
of code that is not viral in it's license.

I'll book it in then (an unemployed and keen to give stuff back.. when 
I've been a taker in the past).

When Axis is nearing completion we can change the service to be dual 
compatible (Glue and Axis).
