I haven't looked at them but if they do what they sound like they do
URLStreamFactory (or whatever it is called) then +1 because I need that ;)
BTW something else I have needed of late is a "CatalogManager". ie Something
that will manage a set of DTDs/Schemas from local filesystem rather than
downloading them from web. Does Cocoon have such a component?
