Currently, if the ExcaliburComponentManager catches an exception in the initialization of a component handler, that error is logged with DEBUG priority. I would think that it would make more sense to have it logged with ERROR priority, at the least, because the failure to initialize a component handler could be fatal to the operation of the system. Comments?
