I tried it yesterday, and I had the same problems you had. By the way: Even though I did a fresh check out from CVS I didn't manage to build cornerstone's apps using the main build file. org.w3c.dom.Node cannot be found. So somehow there's no XML parser around. It works, when I build each app separately. I tried to change a few things but I stopped before going nuts. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? (I also got the latest framework, excalibur and phoenix).
