We have a number of test cases that just outright fail. I had spent
some time earlier (either this year or late last year) to make sure
all tests passed in Excalibur. Now we have several that just don't
work any more.
If the tests are fragile, we need to consider what we can do to make
them more robust. If the code is broken we need to fix it. It is
somewhat embarrassing to have all these failure notices.
