We're talking about the _ant.properties.sample_ file. Users who have it
already set up are the minority of Ant 1.4.1. Minority in that they
come to Avalon having heard about it multiple times, and try one, twice,
maybe even three times to build the beast, then forget it. 'Forget it'
being the most common response our newbies utter upon departure.
Remember, I am trying to test the newbie's experience.
