Cornerstone (of Avalon) source not available?

The source for the cornerstone packages (used in the James mail servers)
seems to be unavailable.  It's not at
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-avalon/release/cornerstone/
 
Any way to get a copy of the latest stable version?
