There is a project in
${excalibur}/all/scratchpad/org/apache/avalon/excalibur/services
That we need to move to a new location. The problem is that I
moved mpool into Fortress. Fortress for some reason thinks it
needs Scratchpad (no longer the case). I tried to remove the
dependancy, but I think a dependancy has a dependancy has a
dependancy type of thing.
What is the name we should give it, and where should we put it?
