Mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] and request avalon-user@jakarta mailing list (alternatively mail Pier who I believe is handling all jakarta stuff atm). Once it is enabled then go get it subscribed to all the archiving lists that you want it subscribed to (normally I just do the marc.... archiver).
