Attached is my server.xml file for use with James that uses 1.1 logs.  This
example uses a revolving file based on size rather than date, but you can
find the config syntax at
http://jakarta.apache.org/avalon/excalibur/logger/api/index.html that shows
you how to set up a revolving strategy based on date/time instead.
