Logkit is basically between Commons stuff and the proposed Services stuff.
IMHO Excalibur should keep containers, not logging stuff.
Putting it in excalibur could give the opposite impression, ie that it's
part of all containers.
I would not move it ATM till we get stuff in Commons and have a more
clear container refactoring.
