Hi, Now that I have committer previledges and responsibilities I'd like to take a minute to introduce myself.
I'm a programmer/manager/troubleshooter/consultant/etc. at a fairly straight-up b2c ecommerce company in Petaluma, CA, which is 40 miles north of San Francisco where I live. My interest in Avalon centers around my belief that the IOC principles is the 'right' way to develop, customize, and evolve applications. In the near term I'd like to continue working on how phoenix exposes management functionality (including documenting it). Longer term, some things I'd like to work on: - Building a repository for blocks and applications - Command line management interface - Making it 'scriptable' so repetitive tasks can be automated - Distributed applications - Seeing that Avalon get wider recognition and adoption I think this is a great project, and its great to be here! - Huw Roberts -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For additional commands, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
