Log:
Re-committed as Pete Donald has totally failed to even bother to provide
any explination for his retraction of this class. Pete has failed to understand
that there exist alternative approaches to containers above and beyond
Phoenix. Merlin is a container that needs to be able to handle components
that through missadventure have included Phoeix specific classes in their
implementations. Prolific referecnes to BlockContext is an example of this.
This class resolves that problem by allowing alternative containers to
generate a compatible context object.
