Stephen, I'm taking this one on the chin, for not resolving the issue inside JAMES CVS since the original decision to create ServiceManager and deprecate ComponentManager (dicussion started around 14th Jan in this list). As a positive action : I suggest we keep a branch of CVS alive for the JAMES community only, until we can reslove the abolition of Component.
