I, Paul Hammant, would like to be empowered by the committers of Avalon to persue a plan of issue-by-issue resolution of things that Peter and Stephen disagreed over. A sensible starting point wast the adding of GenericBlockContext by Stephen *to* *Phoenix* *CVS* and its remove three times by Peter. Without going back and looking to see who did or did not garner a vote and/or provide an explanation on any event and/or have kudos in the packages in question. I was trying to expore the options and had several days worth of constructive discussion leading towards a conclusion, before the waters were muddied. If I do not get majority approval, I will just go back to commits on those areas I am disrectly concerned with.
