If/when a pmc is set up, there will be a private pmc mailing list made available for such communications. If it would help expedite this proposal in some way, I would gladly create a temporary [EMAIL PROTECTED] for such private discussions.

Note: if there is an active committer who desires to be a part of this PMC but is blocked from doing so, then such an event would negatively impact my vote as a board member on this resolution.
