I've put in place an initial status document listing assets and stuff.

I can start moving across the assembly and related stuff. I don't intend to worry about CVS history and I figures I do a little repackaging along the way to seperate the recent container neutral "assembly" content from the "merlin" content which basically means creating a merlin + assembly trees where assembly is independent of merlin.
