Yep, we need to release these. I think only the implementation stuff has really changed, the interface is fairly constant.
too much overtime at work the last few months...
excalibur-instrument has been stable for a long time though and sould be able to be
released. I wrote test cases for it a while back, but still need to complete the docs.
I'll give myself a kick in the pants. :-)
Altrmi is used for the altrmi connector of the instrument manager. The IM itself does not requireexcalibur-altrmi-server-impl 0.7 UNRELEASED

This is only needed for the Instrument Manager stuff. If Instrument Manager can be built without it, then Fortress doesn't need it.
it. But that said, Altrmi is currently the only way for a client to connect to the IM. Marcus had
said a while back that he was working on a Soap interface to the IM. Not sure how far along it
is though.
