Probably so, after all, you need Jelly to use the service anyway so I think it would make sense to package it with Jelly, at least for a while.

I haven't approached James about it yet. I want to build it first :-)

I would definetly be interested in seeing it. It may be a better idea to put it inside Jelly for the moment as I think Jelly is still a moving target. What do you think?
