To test with a browser, point a http://127.0.0.1:7999 To change the message, do "build demo soap-demo-test" (the target name started life as "test", was also "check-soap").
Well, I get "this document contained no data" there. When I telnet to that port, I get an HTML page right away, i.e. before doing any GET command - perhaps this is why it won't work in Netscape.
It's a Glue issue.
Hopefully Axis wil work more smoothly (being an Apache technology).
