Hi,
Could Paul/someone else do the following when they get a chance. I ran out of
time today to do them.
* Make hsql app not fail hard if you haven't downloaded hsql. Maybe a warning
message or something - or maybe download from the site?
* Update bays manifest to something sensible.
* Make sure all the other apps work with current setup.
* Make sure there is no "cruft" lying around. I deleted some today that we
had duplicated (like manifests, content in main tree that should have been in
demo tree)
