The patch uses some files in the jmxtools.jar file.  I just did a cvs
update and tried to do a clean build of Phoenix and it failed because
this file is not in the lib directory.  Also, once I copied that jar to
the lib directory Phoenix built fine, but I got a startup error:
File
"file:/home/rwallace/devel/java/avalon/jakarta-avalon-phoenix/dist/../conf/kernel.xml"
 not found.
