Either by the mail list as you did, or by BugZilla. If all the committers are super busy, BugZilla will keep it in front of us. Of course, if you post enough high quality patches and demonstrate a real desire to support the project, we will most likely offer you committer status so you can make the changes yourself ;P (BTW, did you subscribe with one email address and post with another?
